This portrait of the Cheyenne Chief Wolf Robe, taken by Rinehart during the 1898 Indian Congress held in Omaha, Nebraska, shows the dignified chief wearing what is believed to be an Indian Peace Medal presented by U.S. President Benjamin Harrison.
